On February 7, 1964, the Beatles arrived in New York. The group had been nervous about coming to America as they were unsure that they could “make it” with American youth. But as they got off the plane, the excitement of the crowds allayed their fears. Two days later, they made their live television debut on The Ed Sullivan Show. Music was forever changed.
