In reply to Caryl. I have had a few recent inquiries about this so I have looked into it. As of March 2014, I did not find any copies on eBay or on any of the used book sites I visit. I would think that there are copies of the book floating around basements somewhere. If any readers know of copies, email me or post here. In the meantime, if you click the link toward the end of the article that will take you to a PDF of the book. The introductory pages are relatively few and then you can go directly to the state that interests you.
