His life shouldn’t have ended that way but people back then didn’t love dogs like they do today. They should bring back the stamp I would love to buy it.

It is a really sad ending. If you think back to that time, people didn’t understand animals the way we do. Rabies was still a problem, but the man who chained him was certainly ignorant. Thanks for posting.
