Terribly unfortunate. Thank you for adding to this post. It seems like you might have been among the community members who fought for Serna to be honored? I agree with you. Rep. William Hurd is to be commended for what he did.

It saddens me that to this day it still hasn’t happened. I thank Rep. William Hurd for advocating him and two others in 2016. Many things have changed but still remain the same.
