It looks as if you are in the process of exhausting all options with your case. If you won your appeal, perhaps that will make it easier to find an attorney to represent you if that is still what you want. I hope that the judicial system serves you well. Attorneys in my area will not asist me. I just won my appeal and EDD, has ask for more time to respond to my brief. It was granted and date to respond is February 22. 2022. I have referenced Laura Torres v EDD, in my appeal, which my same complaint.
