It looks as if you are in the process of exhausting all options with your case. Attorneys in my area will not asist me. I just won my appeal and EDD, has ask for more time to respond to my brief. It was granted and date to respond is February 22. 2022. I have referenced Laura Torres v EDD, in my appeal, which my same complaint.
