Thanks for reading/posting. Yes, most presidents in modern day have established another White House so they had some place other than Washington. Reagan had his ranch in California… Both LBJ and George W. Bush (43) had ranches in Texas. George H.W. Bush preferred Maine.. so yes, most of them wanted to have someplace that was more relaxing.
